Anne offers Homeopathy , Reiki Healing and Reiki classes at her home in Ashby de la Zouch. Therapies are individually tailored to each client and are suitable for treating physical, mental, emotional and spiritual problems. Homeopathy involves talking about yourself for about an hour at the first consultation (1/2 hr for a follow up) and a remedy is selected that matches your symptoms. This remedy, which is usually in tablet form, can stimulate your body, mind and spirit to heal itself. There are no side effects but sometimes there might be a temporary worsening of symptoms, which is a sign your remedy is working.

Reiki involves sitting in a chair or lying on a treatment couch. No clothing is removed and light touch is used to channel healing energy. This usually feels very warm and relaxing. Reiki can be used to help any ailment except unset bones and those who have a pacemaker fitted. Anne has practiced as a qualified Homeopath since 1997 and received her Reiki Master Attunement in 2007.
